Privacy policy · Updated 6 August 2026

Private details should stay private.

This policy explains the current Creator-to-Trip MVP in plain language.

Information we collect

Creator submissions include the display name, contact email, platform, social handle, authorized content URL, destination, optional notes and consent records. Signed-in features receive identity information from Sign in with ChatGPT. Growth analytics record anonymous and session identifiers, referral data, trip actions and timestamps.

How we use it

We use this information to review creator content, build and publish approved itineraries, provide account features, measure real product activity, operate payments and respond to support or safety requests.

What becomes public

An approved creator trip may show the creator's chosen display name, social platform, handle, profile link, original content link, itinerary and approved affiliate disclosure. Creator email, private notes, review tokens and administrative notes are not public.

Travel and minor safety

Do not submit a school, home address, exact accommodation room, private phone number, fixed daily schedule or live location. GetTrippage may remove content that creates a safety or privacy risk. Commercial and payment operations for a minor-led project must be managed by an adult legal account holder.

Analytics and attribution

Referral information may be stored on the device for up to 30 days. The service records views, shares, copies and outbound clicks to provide creator analytics and honest challenge statistics. We do not present these events as bookings.

Service providers

GetTrippage uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, Sign in with ChatGPT for identity-aware features, and Stripe for payments. Linked travel, map and social platforms apply their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained while needed for the service, security, accounting and source attribution. You may request correction, unpublishing, account deletion or personal-data deletion through the contact form. Some limited records may be retained where legally required or needed to preserve the provenance of an already duplicated trip.

Your choices

Creators can request removal from the public leaderboard and can decline publication during review. Browser storage can be cleared using device settings. Public trips can be viewed without signing in.
